Who This Is For

For people who've already proved themselves.

Most successful people don't fail. They get trapped — building careers that generate income, but not sovereignty.
100 Founders · Program Mission

You have the discipline, the resume, and the drive. What's missing is the architecture — the structure that turns all of that into something that belongs to your family. Not your employer.

The Veteran Transitioning Out
Institutional
The Professional Done Waiting

Foundation First

Assets, legal structure, options. Built before you build anything else.

Systems That Scale

Operating systems that run without you at the center of every decision.

100 Committed Peers

No spectators. No gurus. 100 people building at the same level of seriousness.

Building Toward

The mission behind every seat.

These aren't vanity metrics. Every number represents a family moving from institutional dependence toward generational sovereignty. Your seat is one of them.

30-Week Curriculum

Four phases. One transformation.

Weeks 1–6 · Foundation
Clarity & Structure

Understand your position, your goal, and what needs to be built before anything else. Most people skip this phase and pay for it later.

Weeks 7–14 · Systems
Build the Operating System

Revenue model, offer architecture, team structure. The system that runs the business — not you running the business.

Weeks 15–24 · Scale
Grow What Works

Smart, protected growth. The right partnerships, channels, and leverage points — without breaking what's working.

Weeks 25–30 · Legacy
Protect & Steward

Succession, generational structure, and making sure what you've built outlasts the moment. Where ownership becomes legacy.

What's Included

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Built to compound. Each phase builds on the last — so by week 30, you're not just informed, you're structured, supported, and moving.

01
Foundation-Setting Guidance
Assets, legal structure, viable options — laid out for decisions, not just learning.
02

Built to compound. Each week connects to the last — no information dumps.
03

Real frameworks. Direct accountability. Leave with a clear next action every session.
04
100 Committed Peers
No spectators. No gurus. 100 people at the same stage, same level of seriousness.
05
Quarterly In-Person Gatherings
Four times per year, the cohort assembles. These relationships outlast the program.
06
Ongoing Network Access
After week 30, the community stays active. The cohort is the long-term asset.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

If your question isn't here, include it in the application. We'll answer it in our response.

Who exactly is this program for?
Corporate executives, military veterans, and institutional professionals — people who've proven they can perform inside a system and are now ready to build their own. If you've been wondering when the right time is, this program is built for that moment.
No. Many members join knowing they want to transition without a specific business identified. The Foundation phase (weeks 1–6) is built for exactly that moment. What matters is your commitment to the transition, not a polished idea.
Approximately 4–6 hours per week — including the weekly group coaching session, curriculum review, and peer accountability. Quarterly in-person gatherings are 2–3 day events. Locations announced to the cohort.
Network access continues. Depending on your stage, you may transition into a Conetive Systems & Automation retainer or other advisory engagement. The 30 weeks is the beginning of the relationship — not the end.
If you're an Alabama small business owner with 5–50 employees, NextGen Alabama may be a better fit. If you already own a company and need systems built, the Systems & Automation retainer may be right. Apply here and note your situation — we'll route you honestly.
